The future of CSR communication will be integrated report and digitalization. Future corporate disclosures will be distinguished by an even greater transparency. Andrea Casadei, Director of BilanciaRSI research centre, a network operating in the CSR and sustainability field, claims that a company’s credibility and reliability cannot be apart from transparency, that is, the firm’s decision of communicating positive performances as well as the ones that still need to be improved.
